We’re located in Troncones, Guerrero, a small beach village on Mexico’s Pacific coast about 35–45 minutes north of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa.Troncones is relaxed, walkable and much quieter than the larger resort areas nearby.

The ocean is just a short walk from the hostel (50 meters)There are several different beach areas around Troncones, so it’s easy to walk to the beach for a swim, sunset, surf check or morning walk.

We’re a small, relaxed hostel rather than a large resort.There are only five rooms, a shared palapa at the heart of the property and plenty of space to slow down and enjoy Troncones.

A little bit of everyone.We welcome solo travelers, couples, friends, families, backpackers, surfers and people staying in Troncones for a few weeks or longer.You don’t have to be a surfer to stay here.

No.The atmosphere is social and friendly, but Troncones Point is much more about relaxed evenings, meeting people under the palapa and enjoying the village than late-night partying.
